Who we are

Statasy Football ("we", "us") operates the website at statasyfootball.com and its related pages and interfaces (the "Service"). You can reach us at [email protected]. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the Service is

Statasy Football publishes usage-first fantasy football statistics: snap share, target share, air yards, red-zone touches, expected fantasy points and similar measures, for players and teams, across seasons. If we add league connection, some views will let you connect a fantasy league you belong to so the same statistics can be shown for your roster.

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use as a research and entertainment tool. It is not gambling advice and it does not offer projections or picks.

Data sources and no affiliation

The statistics come from public NFL play-by-play and box-score data (primarily the open nflverse project and public league APIs). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, the NFL Players Association, ESPN, Sleeper, or any other league or data provider. Team and player names, marks and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

No guarantees on accuracy

We work to keep the numbers correct and current, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Source data can be late, provisional, revised or wrong, and our calculations can contain errors. Same-evening numbers are marked provisional and are replaced when official statistics arrive. Do not rely on the Service for any decision where an error would cause you loss.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and at least 18 to subscribe.

Subscription and billing

Free features stay free. The paid plan costs $5 per month. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends and on the same day each month after that, until you cancel. The free trial is offered once per account, so if you cancel and later subscribe again, billing starts on the day you subscribe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you live.

You can cancel any time from the account page. Cancelling stops future charges; your paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account page shows the date they end. We do not refund partial months. If a payment fails, Stripe emails you on our behalf to update your card, and the paid features end if the payment is not completed.

We may change the price with at least 30 days notice by email. Continuing to subscribe after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service or its API, or access it with automated tools beyond a normal browser;
• resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute the Service or its data, in whole or in part;
• share your account, or use another person's account;
• interfere with the Service, probe its security, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

You may quote small excerpts of the statistics with a link back to the page they came from.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue any part of the Service. If we close your account without cause while you have a paid subscription, we will refund the unused part of the current month.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Statasy Football is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. We will name the state here when Statasy Football is registered as a company.
